DCBR setup

The DCBR system, when installed in a Mining Repair Alternator offers:

  • Instantaneous Overcurrent
  • Timed Overcurent
  • Insulation Impedance (+ ve and - ve power rails chasis)
  • Overvoltage
  • Undervoltage
  • Data logging
  • 5000 hour service interval

The DCBR has no moving parts such as relays and therefore is less susceptable to vibration and limits transient voltage spikes.

The Alternator incorporates:

  • An Event log
  • LED indication
  • Protection test and reset feature

The DCBR parameters are factory set and cannot be modified by the end user.

It has IECEx and both NSW and Qld Mines Department Approval.
