DCBR setup
The DCBR system, when installed in a Mining Repair Alternator offers:
- Instantaneous Overcurrent
- Timed Overcurent
- Insulation Impedance (+ ve and - ve power rails chasis)
- Overvoltage
- Undervoltage
- Data logging
- 5000 hour service interval
The DCBR has no moving parts such as relays and therefore is less susceptable to vibration and limits transient voltage spikes.
The Alternator incorporates:
- An Event log
- LED indication
- Protection test and reset feature
The DCBR parameters are factory set and cannot be modified by the end user.
It has IECEx and both NSW and Qld Mines Department Approval.
REMOTE RESET
The MR110 (via upgrade) and MR111 alternator now has the ability to be reset via infrared remote control (M161image) which includes data logging for up to 10 alternators at your site and using the DCBRProg3 software have the ability to download and analyse your data on PC.
